All underwear and bodysuit sales are final and cannot be returned. All sale and sample sale items are final and cannot be returned. Due to the finality of your purchase, we advise you to please email us at info@angiebauer.com with any questions regarding fit. 

Exchanges - Continental U.S.

Angie Bauer will gladly exchange your item(s) for a different size or color. Domestic shipping costs, international shipping costs or international duty and taxes will not be reimbursed. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date you received your shipment to contact info@angiebauer.com and request an exchange. Any requests made after seven (7) calendar days of delivery will not be considered or accepted.

Once your return has been confirmed by our team and you have received our shipping label, the package must be dropped off and postmarked as in transit within seven (7) calendar days. Packages postmarked after this time frame will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Item(s) must arrive unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original selling condition with all tags attached. Once our quality control team has confirmed that the returned item(s) comply with our policy, your exchange will be processed. Returns that do not comply with the Angie Bauer policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original shipping address. 

Our customer service team monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our exchange policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Exchanges - International, Alaska & Hawaii

At this time we are unable to process international exchanges and exchanges to Alaska and Hawaii. In the event that you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you please follow the return instructions below and purchase the alternate size/color to guarantee availability.

Returns

Angie Bauer will accept your item(s) in new condition for store credit or for a refund. Domestic shipping costs, international shipping costs or international duty and taxes will not be reimbursed or refunded. You will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping back the item(s) you wish to return, this amount will be deducted from your refund. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date you received your shipment to contact info@angiebauer.com and request a return. Any requests made after seven (7) calendar days of delivery will not be considered or accepted.
