Shipping + Handling

 

We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.  All orders are processed within 3 business days. As of right now, we do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not ship during the weekend or U.S. holidays.

International shipping rates are automatically factored into your order and cannot be adjusted at this time. Returns that comply with our policies will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by the destination country’s customs department is the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any transit or customs delays.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email us as soon as possible at customercare@angiebauer.com with your order number. We are able to change the address as long as the package has not departed our facility.

Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will contact you to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.

We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
